Premier Doug Ford once again hinted a good news coming this week when it comes to lifting pandemic restrictions.
Ford was asked by reporters outside of Queens Park this afternoon if business owners can expect to reopen soon. The Premier said nobody hates lockdowns more than him and he is excited to deliver good news later this week. He specifically said he would have good news for restaurants, gyms and other folks who have been forced to close.
No word has been given as to when an official announcement will be made. The earliest businesses can reopen under the modified stage 2 lockdown is Tuesday January 26.
