All ticket prices will be just $5 and kids under 12 are free for the Navy Vets game this Friday night at Southwood arena.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Navy Vets wrap up their regular season this weekend.
Friday night is fan appreciation night. All ticket prices will be just $5 and kids under 12 are free. This is just a small way to say thank you to the loyal fans after a tough couple of years. The team really appreciates everyone who has come out to cheer on the Navy Vets, amid restrictions and the pandemic.
Woodstock will take on New Hamburg Friday night. There is no capacity limits and they are hoping for a full house. The team has plenty of giveaways and surprises for Friday night as well.
On top of all this, the Navy Vets enter the final weekend of the season in a tie for first place with Wellesley. Tavistock is just one point back as well. The Navy Vets will need to win both games, to guarantee first place overall. Woodstock holds the tiebreak against both teams, so with two wins, they will claim first place.
The Navy Vets will also be honouring the 4 graduating overagers with a special ceremony before the game. The puck drops at 7:45 pm at Southwood arena.
Woodstock will finish the regular season on the road Saturday night against Burford.
