3-5 thousand dollars in ginseng dug up from field in Norwich Township
NORWICH - Oxford OPP are on the lookout for ginseng thieves.
Sometime overnight Monday, suspects entered an Airport Road field in Norwich Township and dug up 3-5 thousand dollars in ginseng.
The OPP is asking residents to be vigilant for suspicious vehicles or persons that may be in your neighbourhoods. The public should try to get descriptions, licence plate numbers, direction of travel and report the information immediately to their local police service. It is important for this information to get to police when the suspects may still be in the area.
Anyone with information is asked to come forward.
