CTV News reporting officials within the Ford government have finalized regulations on what will and won't be allowed when restrictions are eased, and an announcement will be made later today.
The decision to allow snacks to be sold at theatres comes just days after officials told Toronto media that in order to reduce transmission of COVID-19, popcorn would be banned.
On Monday, movie theatres, restaurants, bars, retailers, museums and more will be allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity.
