A Beretta handgun and a 12 gauge shotgun with a Scorpion Red Dot Scope were stolen from a home in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG - Two guns have been stolen from a home Tillsonburg.
Police say 12 gauge shotgun and a Beretta handgun were taken from a home on Broadway Street sometime during the day on Halloween. Access to the home was gained through a bathroom window and then the locked safe holding the guns was broken into.
The shotgun is camouflage in colour with an attached Scorpion Red Dot scope and the Beretta is silver with the model number 92FS and a 9 millimetre calibre.
Police canvassed the area and a potential suspect and vehicle were observed in the area. Descriptions as follows:
The male suspect described as mid to late 30's possibly early 40's, wearing a 'construction coat' orange in colour with standard yellow reflective stripes Suspect vehicle - a green Chevrolet 2-door pick-up truck, short-box, possibly a later 80's model.
