The 18-year-old is facing impaired driving related offences.
DELHI - A 18-year-old from Hamilton has been charged by the Norfolk OPP.
Officers responded to a single vehicle crash on Windham Road 12, just outside of Delhi, at around 2:00 a.m. yesterday. Police say a vehicle left the road and came to rest on a residential property and thankfully no one was hurt.
The driver was charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs and having care or control or a vehicle with cannabis readily available. They were also under 19-years-old, so they were also charged with possession of cannabis.
They have a court date in Simcoe next month.
