It seems people in our region do not support vaccine passports.
OXFORD COUNTY - The results are in from the first Heart FM weekly news poll.
It seems people in our region do not support vaccine passports. With over 8,118 votes, 60.9% of people who responded said they are not in favour of vaccine passports or mandates.
Meanwhile 4,960 people or 37.2% voted yes in support of vaccine passports. 236 people or 1.8% of the vote said they support it for some settings but not for all and only 15 people responded with no opinion. (Editors note: The vaccine passport poll allowed people to vote as many times as they wanted to using the same IP address, which could have skewed these results. We have since fixed this issue and moving forward, you will only be allowed to vote once from the same IP address.)
We have posted a new poll for this week that asks:
Do you support Woodstock Council's decision to remove benches and picnic tables downtown and hire 24/7 security at Museum Square?
You can head online to vote right now.
