Brant and Oxford Counties will experience extremely hot and humid conditions today.
OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a Heat Warning today, with little to no relief in sight until tomorrow evening.
Temperatures are expected to reach the 30's with humidex values near or above 40.
Warnings are put in place when conditions pose a risk for heat related illness such as heat stroke.
Those with medical conditions, the elderly or small children should avoid being outside for long periods of time. People working outdoors should take breaks indoors often and drink plenty of water.
