The Helping Hand Food Bank will be showing off its new Rolph Street location in Tillsonburg during a special open house this Saturday.
TILLSONBURG - The Helping Hand Food Bank has some exciting news to share with the public.
Events Coordinator Dianne Clark says they're going to be holding an open house at their new location at 131 Rolph St in Tillsonburg
"We are very excited to be able to, for the first time ever, in the life of the Helping Hand Food Bank have open doors to invite people in."
Clark says they will have a special guest speaker for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
"We will have one main speaker, the Chair of the food bank Tom Langrell, and he's going to be welcoming and thanking everyone who contributed."
The event begins at 2:00 p.m.
A community celebration is set to take place afterward complete with tours of the new facility.
