Team Duncan, representing Woodstock started off the Grand Slam strong with a dramatic come from behind victory over Team Homan.
UPDATE - Another huge win Team Duncan today at the Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling in Chestermere Alberta.
They managed to win a nail biter against team Einarson 7-5 today. The win puts there record to 2-1 in the triple knockout bonspiel.

WOODSTOCK - A huge game for Team Duncan today at the Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling in Chestermere Alberta.
The team representing the Woodstock curling rink started off the Grand Slam with a victory over Team Homan, led by skip Rachel Homan. Team Duncan won that game 8-6 in dramatic fashion. They were actually trailing that game 5-2 after the 4th end. They came back strong scoring 3 points in the 5th end and then stealing 3 in the 6th end to seal the victory.
Team Duncan followed that victory up with a tough 7-6 loss on Wednesday against Team Hasselborg.
That loss moved them to the B division for teams with one loss, however they still have a chance to win the whole thing and make the playoffs. Today Team Duncan will face off with Team Einarson at 2:00 pm EST.
The top 8 teams will compete in the playoffs that start on Saturday.
