A post mortem exam will be done today on a body that was found lifeless in Lake Erie Monday.
NORFOLK COUNTY - A family called 911 immediately after finding human remains in the waters of Lake Erie at Pottahawk in Norfolk County Monday.
The OPP Marine Unit arrived on scene around 3:20 p.m., and located a deceased individual who was brought back to shore.
A post mortem examination is scheduled for today, in order to determine the cause of death, however foul play is not suspected and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
The investigation is continuing and further information will be released once it becomes available.
