Oxford OPP responded to a traffic complaint, which resulted in charges.
TILLSONBURG - The Oxford OPP laid charges after a traffic complaint.
Yesterday, at 2:30 p.m. officers went to the area of Trillium Drive in Tillsonburg after receiving a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver. Police were able to locate the vehicle, and took the driver into custody.
As a result, a 40-year-old Tillsonburg man is facing one count each of operation while impaired by alcohol, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, and dangerous driving.
He was released from custody and will have a court appearance next month in Woodstock.
