A 38-year-old is facing impaired driving charges after a traffic stop in Courtland.
COURTLAND - The Norfolk OPP have laid charges after a traffic stop in Courtland.
Just before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a 9-1-1 call about a suspected impaired driver on Talbot Street and located the vehicle on Main Street.
As a result, a 38-year-old Norfolk man is facing charges of operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and dangerous operation.
He will appear in Simcoe Court on January 21st to answer to the charges.
