The man is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe at a later date.
NORFOLK - A 27-year-old Brantford man has been charged with impaired driving in Delhi.
On Monday around 8:30 p.m., an officer with the Norfolk County OPP was on patrol when they pulled over a vehicle at a Church Street East address.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, the driver of the vehicle was taken into custody without incident and was charged with operation while impaired for a blood alcohol concentration exceeding 80.
The man is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe at a later date.
