Police charged the driver on Silver Street at Grand River Street North at 12:20 on Monday afternoon.
WOODSTOCK - A 45-year-old man is facing five charges after being stopped by Brant OPP.
Officers were dispatched to Silver Street at Grand River Street North on Monday at 12:20 p.m. and a traffic stop was conducted.
As a result, a Paris man was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand, and driving while under suspension
He was released from custody and will appear in a Brantford courtroom on June 19th.
