The OPP pulled over the 31-year-old driver on Rest Acres Road Friday night.
BRANT COUNTY - A 31-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving.
Friday night at approximately 10:00 p.m, a member of the OPP was on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on Rest Acres Road.
The driver from Brantford was charged with operation while impaired by blood alcohol concentration over 80, and operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs. He has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at court in Brantford next month.
