A 46-year-old from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving charges.
SWOX - Charges have been laid after OPP officers responded to a report of an erratic driver on Plank Line in South-West Oxford.
The call came in at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday May 6th and officers wound up arresting a 46-year-old from Tillsonburg.
They were charged with operation while impaired by alcohol, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, and dangerous driving. Their licence has been suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was also impounded for a week.
