Police have charged a 46 year old from Union after receiving calls of an erratic driver on Hwy#401.
OXFORD - Police received a report of an erratic driver Thursday night just before midnight on Hwy#401 near South-West Oxford.
Police located the vehicle just after midnight and conducted a traffic stop.
As a result of the investigation, 46-year-old male was charged with the following;
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Woodstock court at a later date.
