One man is in hospital and another faces charges following an early morning disturbance in Tillsonburg. Just before three yesterday morning OPP were called to Baldwin Street and found one man unconscious and another with injuries to his face. The unconscious man was taken to a London Hospital with serious injuries. While Oxford OPP continue to investigate, they have charged 30 year old Shane Robertson of Ingersoll with assault and aggravated assault.
