OPP have identified the worker who was killed at Johnson Controls in Tillsonburg. 51-year-old Rafael Figueros of Ingersoll was struck early yesterday morning by a falling lid off of a mould. No other information has been released, as the Ministry of Labour is at the plant investigating again today. Company spokesperson, Mary Kay Dodero, based out of Plymouth, Michigan told Heart FM their thoughts are with the Figueros family. "Everyone at the plant are mourning the death of our colleague today, and we are trying to support the family in this difficult situation. Our thoughts are with the family." Grief counsellors were at the plant on Tuesday, to speak with any workers who wanted to talk. Johnson Controls manufactures foam components for automotive seating. We'll have more information as it becomes available.
