INNERKIP - Pre-sale tickets are still available for the Innerkip Lions drive thru Fish Fry.
It's happening at the Innerkip Community Centre on Saturday November 6th. Lions member Scott McKeague says they're just trying to figure out how much food they will need.
"We are trying to get a good idea of how many meals we need to prepare, but we will also be selling meals at the door too. If you are not able to get tickets ahead of time, you are more than welcome to still come to the community centre on November 6th."
He says all of the proceeds will benefit Lions Club events in the community, including the Santa Claus Parade on December 11th.
"The Innerkip Lions Club is involved in the community for a number of different events. We have added the Santa Claus parade this year. It is normally run by the fire department, but they want to take some time back this year and actually watch the parade with their kids and grand kids."
Other Innerkip Lions Club events include the Canada Day parade and the softball tournament.
You can find out how to get Fish Fry tickets by calling Phil Buzzell at 519-469-3625 or Wayne Wright at 519-536-1076
