Rural Roads Health Services includes the hospitals in Tillsonburg and Ingersoll.
TILLSONBURG/INGERSOLL - A new strategic plan is in the works for Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS), which includes Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll.
This plan will detail the organizations current status, future goals, and how they're going to achieve those goals.
President and CEO Nadia Facca says they're looking for the public's input.
"We are hoping to hear from anyone in the community we serve and also those that we may not have had the opportunity to serve yet but we may serve in the future. The survey can be found on our hospital website and the deadline for completion is November 4th."
She gives us some examples of some of the questions.
"What types of services they would like to see at our sites, what they are most interested in from the community perspective, and potentially give us some bold ideas that we could persue in the future."
RRHS will also have a series of in person events over the next few weeks, including one at the Mount Elgin Community Centre on Monday, November 2nd. It's from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and space is limited, so you have to e-mail info@rrhs.ca to register in advance.
