124 Homes Trade Hands Last Month in Woodstock-Ingersoll

It's a new September sales record on the local real estate market.

124 homes sold last month in the Woodstock-Ingersoll District, which was a whopping 31% increase from last September.

It also brings the total of homes sold in 2013 to 977, which is the strongest first 9-months to start a year since 2007.

The average sale price last month was over $223,000, a 4% increase from this time last year.

New listings also rose last month, leading to a stabilization of active listings, which has been on the decline since 2008.
