OXFORD COUNTY - A 35 year old man from Ingersoll has been charged with luring and invitation to sexual touching to a person under 16.
OPP conducted a search warrant at a home in Ingersoll on Tuesday with members of the Crime Unit and the Child Exploitation unit. Police seized several electronic devices at the home. On Thursday police charged 35 year old Patrick Francis O'Neill, otherwise known as Rick Neil with invitation to sexual touching under 16 years old, luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication, theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Constable Ed Sanchuk says police are worried about the potential for more victims.
"I spoke with investigators and we feel that their may potentially be other victims in our community. So if you have had dealings with Mr. O'Neill or Neil, Rick Neil, please make sure you contact police."
