***Note the contents of the following report are graphic in nature, and will be distrubing to most readers.*** The testimony of a 21-year-old convicted murderer has ended in the trial of her former boyfriend. Terri-Lynne McClintic was cross examined again this morning by Michael Rafferty's lawyer, Dirk Derstine. Derstine tried to portray Rafferty as an innocent bystander in McClintic's ploy to abduct Tori Stafford as pay back over a drug debt. McClintic denied all of the lawyer's suggestions, including that she offered Victoria Stafford to Rafferty, sexually, but he turned that down. McClintic said she "strongly disagreed" with Derstine's assertions. But one of the more shocking and uncomfortable moments of the trial so far came when McClintic admitted on the stand to microwaving a family pet. Heart FM's Blair Wilson says the testimony made people in the court very uncomfortable. "Ya, it was very shocking. The courtroom, you could hear people moving around after hearing about what Terri-Lynne McClintic told her godmother a number of years ago, when she was a child...a dog that they had owned, McClintic put it in a microwave, and turned it on, until the dog screamed." The court also heard about a more recent attack McClintic delivered to on an inmate, in January. McClintic assaulted the inmate, and even after she had crawled up into a fetal position, McClintic continued to kick and stomp her. Earlier this morning, Derstine also continued to hilight the violent imagery of the music McClintic listened to. The rap group "Necro" and song titles "Garbage Bag", "Dead Body Disposal", and "No Remorse" are some of her favorite songs. The trial continues this afternoon with testimony from an OPP officer.
