Convicted killer Terri-Lynne McClintic has pleaded guilty to assaulting a fellow inmate. She entered the plea in a Kitchener courtroom this morning, and received a 6-month sentence. However, the 22-year-old is already serving a life sentence for her role in the murder of 8-year-old Tori Stafford. The attack victim, identified as Aimee MacIntyre was uncooperative with the Crown. A description of the attack came out during McClintic's cross-examination during Michael Rafferty's trial. The court heard that McClintic kicked and stomped MacIntyre while she lay in the fetal position at the Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener.
