Premier Dalton McGuinty says he's hit a `"rough patch'' with school teachers who are set to walk out Friday and next week. Unions representing public elementary and high school teachers say McGuinty provoked the protests by imposing new contracts on them. McGuinty is seeking an injunction to stop what he's calling an illegal strike by elementary teachers on Friday. He says he'll do the same to stop high school teachers from walking out on Jan. 16. The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario argues their action on Friday is not a strike, but a one-day political protest that's protected under the constitution. The Ontario Labour Relations Board is expected to hear the case this afternoon.
