The stickers will be handed out to voters after they cast their ballot in the municipal election this fall.
WOODSTOCK - Local youth will be able to engage in local democracy, all while showcasing their artistic talents.
The City of Woodstock has launched an "I Voted" sticker design contest ahead of the municipal election this fall. Local students can submit their own sticker design and city officials will select one design from the three age groups; 6 to 10, 11 to 14, and 15 to 18.
All designs have to be submitted before 4:30 p.m. on Friday August 21st, and you can find more information online here.
The winning designs will be printed on the stickers that will be handed out to Woodstock voters after they cast their ballot on October 26th. From there they will be able to wear the sticker with pride and share pictures on social media.
