OXFORD COUNTY - As Black History Month comes to an end, there's still two more flag raisings scheduled to take place in Oxford County.
The Pan African flag will be raised in South Broadway Park in Tillsonburg at 12:00 p.m. today with a reception in the program room of the Tillsonburg Library afterward. The flag will also be raised in Dewan Park in Ingersoll next Monday, followed by a reception in the program room of the Ingersoll library.
Ceremonies have already taken place at the Oxford County Administration Building, Woodstock's Museum Square, and the Norwich Community Centre.
