Southwestern Public Health is starting a new small group therapy for individuals either pregnant or with an infant under 18 months suffering from stress and anxiety.
OXFORD COUNTY - Southwestern Public Health is offering a new Cognitive Behavioural group therapy program to people either pregnant or with a child under 18 months.
This program is targeted at helping these individuals deal with the stress and anxiety of raising a child.
It's a no-cost, small group, nine week program that focuses on how to deal with perinatal mood disorders.
It all starts with a virtual session on either September 20th or October 17th with limited capacity and additional sessions will be announced later.
