Norwich council approved the development of a new 40-unit housing project on the southeast side of Stover and Main Street.
NORWICH -Mayor Larry Martin is hoping the new 40-unit housing project in downtown Norwich will keep citizens in the village, as well as attract new ones.
Township Council gave their approval to the development at the southeast side of Stover and Main Street.
The project is in four phases and phase one has forty units geared to seniors.
Mayor Martin hopes the local seniors will consider the project, which would allow more homes to come on the market for young families.
