Dr. Inculet will serve as the Integrated Chief of Staff and Dr. Wohlgemut will serve as the Integrated Deputy Chief of Staff.
TILLSONBURG/INGERSOLL - Two hospitals, one Chief of Staff and one Deputy Chief of Staff.
Dr. Clayton Inculet started his new job as the Integrated Chief of Staff for Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll on July 1st.
He has been working alongside Integrated Deputy Chief of Staff, Dr. Joel Wohlgemut.
The two doctors are no strangers to the hospitals. Dr. Inculet served as a Chief of Staff for the Tillsonburg hospital for three years and Dr. Wohlgemut was the Chief of Staff for the Ingersoll hospital for nine years from 2012 to 2021. Dr. Wohlgemut was also serving as the Interim Chief of Staff for the Ingersoll hospital since July 2024.
Dr. Inculet has signed a three year contract for as the Integrated Chief of Staff and Dr. Wohlgemut's contract as the Integrated Deputy Chief of Staff will expire on March 31st, 2026.
The two doctors will be tasked with establishing an interdisciplinary approach to patient and family centered service. They're also going to do what they can to create an environment that improves patient outcomes and enhances education/research.
