20-year-old Eli Palfreyman passed away during a hockey tournament.
AYR- The recently named captain of the Ayr Centennials, has died.
Last night during the first intermission 20-year-old Eli Palfreyman collapsed in the locker room and was taken to a hospital in Cambridge where he passed away.
The game was part of the Ayr Global invitational tournament, which has cancelled all games scheduled for tonight.
In response the township of North Dumfries has lowered its flags to half mast.
