Have you been following the 2026 FIFA World Cup?
FIFA - We're almost a week into the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
It officially kicked off on Thursday with Mexico facing South Africa in Mexico City. Mexico won that matchup 2-0.
Th Canadian men's soccer team played its first game on Friday, which was also the first game played in Toronto. It was a matchup against Bosnia and Herzegovina which ended with a tied score of 1-1.
Ghana and Panama will play the next match in Toronto, which will get underway at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow. Team Canada will be back in action on Thursday, facing off against Qatar at 6:00 p.m.. That will also be the first game played in Vancouver.
