UNITED STATES - Kamala Harris and Donald Trump faced off in their first debate.
Harris walked across the stage and shook Donald Trump's hand before everything got started last night. Harris is the Democratic Vice President while Trump served as the 45th President of the United States and is currently running for the Republican Party.
During the 90 minute debate, Harris took jabs at Trump with comments about his economic policy, his refusal to concede his 2020 election loss and his performance at his campaign rallies. Trump on the other hand criticized the current Biden-Harris administration, while sharing his campaign stance on inflation and immigration.
Voters will be heading to the polls for the United States Presidential Election on Tuesday November 5th, 2024.
