The Health Unit confirmed 4 new active cases over the weekend in St. Thomas and Elgin County and we still have 2 active cases in Woodstock.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health is reporting no new active cases of COVID-19 today.
The Health Unit reported 4 new cases over the weekend in Elgin County and St. Thomas. This means we currently have 6 active cases, 2 in Woodstock, 3 in St. Thomas and 1 in Bayam.
To date, the Health Unit has tested 13,329 people for COVID-19. We have 91 cumulative confirmed cases, 80 cases have been resolved, 5 people have died from the virus and we currently have 6 active cases. We have also have had three institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared. All of the outbreaks are listed as resolved.
