The unknown suspects stole the ATM from inside of the store and loaded it into a pickup truck, before heading northbound on Norfolk County Road 13.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP are investigating an ATM theft from a gas station in Courtland.
The theft occurred at the UPI Energy Gas Station on Friday morning at approximately 4:53am after a person reported the incident at an ATM machine.
Two cars were captured on security surveillance footage a few minutes earlier, driving into the parking lot. The unknown suspects then came inside and stole the ATM from the corner of the store.
They loaded it into a pickup truck and then fled northbound on Norfolk County Road 13.
The Norfolk County OPP Crime Unit is continuing to investigate, along with assistance from OPP West Region Criminal Operations, and is looking to speak to anyone that may have seen anything suspicious leading up to this incident.
