Police say someone smashed the window of a pickup truck in Waterford yesterday.
WATERFORD - The Norfolk OPP is investigating a vehicle entry in Waterford.
Police say someone smashed the window of a pickup truck on Nichol Street West at around 3:00 p.m. yesterday. A black Dodge Ram pickup truck was spotted fleeing the scene.
Although it is advised that you lock your doors and close the windows of your vehicle while leaving it unattended, police would like to remind drivers that thieves will target locked and unlocked vehicles for break ins.
With that being said, it's always a good idea to keep any valuables out of sight and park in a well lit area.
