Council will look to help local businesses in Norwich and Otterville after COVID-19 restrictions were put in place, preventing people from using most public washrooms.

Township Council has decided to test having porta potties in the two communities.
Mayor Larry Martin says the decision is a small way to help the merchants in those areas. Martin notes that with the restrictions in place many washrooms are not accessible to the public, so this is a way council can help the local businesses.
