NORWICH TOWNSHIP - Canada's 151st birthday celebration in Norwich Township is Tomorrow.
Co-chair for the Oxford Centre Canada Day Committee, Shelly Ducannon tells us about the theme of this year's event.
"The theme of the event is proud past, bright future, a Canadian celebration. One of the specific things we have are dairy displays. Some equipment that was used a few years ago as compared to how the operations are run now"
She says that music is the highlight of the day.
"The highlight of our event is going to be, we have a couple bands coming. One in the afternoon who is the Danny Thompson Band. He does some county music. Then in the evening we have the Beach Party Boys and Jersey Seasons coming to Perform."
The event in Oxford Centre will begin at 10am with a bake sale.
There will be lots to do throughout the day as other activities include a barbecue, a parade and of course fireworks.
