The Township of Norwich is going to open the splash pads in Norwich and Otterville on Friday.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - The Township of Norwich is going to open their splash pads in Norwich and Otterville on Friday.
Everyone will be asked to follow public health guidelines and maintain 2 metres of social distancing from others. People will be encouraged to frequently use hand sanitizers.
The Township will have two accessible port-a-potties on site that will be sanitized twice daily. Picnic tables will be available as well, however, each table will be strategically spaced to follow public health guidelines.
Misuse of the splash pads could result in the Township closing them for the season. They will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM starting on June 26th until Labour Day weekend.
Visitors will be asked to follow all of the rules:
1. Maximum of 10 people at the splash pads at one time.
2. Must maintain social distancing at all times.
3. Do not remover any of the picnic tables from designated areas.
