One person was taken to a trauma centre with life threatening injuries.
NORFOLK - The Norfolk OPP responded to a serious crash involving two sedans at the corner of Concession 2 Townsend and Villa Nova Road.
The call came in at around 10:00 a.m. yesterday and Constable Andrew Gamble provided an update on the OPP West Region X page shortly after 12:00 p.m.
"What I can tell you is that a passenger in one of the sedans sustained life threatening injuries and was transported to a trauma centre. Both drivers were uninjured."
Gamble also reminded everyone that crashes still happen when the road conditions are ideal on a nice sunny day.
"Weather and road conditions are ideal, but this can still happen very quickly on our roadway. So wherever you're heading today in a vehicle please be watchful, be vigilant, and of course get there safely."
No further details have been released.
