DELHI - Police have arrested a 43 year old man from Bayham for having illegal cigarettes.
Officers pulled over the man on James Street in Delhi on Friday afternoon. While talking to the man the officer noticed a box of unmarked cigarettes.
The man was charged with possession of unmarked cigarettes contrary to the Tobacco Tax Act.

NORFOLK - Police are searching for a possible peeping tom in Norfolk County.
A man was shocked to return to his home on Highway 3 to find someone leering into his window. The same guy was also spotted pulling into the driveway of the home on Friday night, however they did not report the first incident to police, thinking it was just a car turning around.
OPP are searching for a white man, about 40 years old, 5'10 weighing close to 200 pounds. He was wearing a black baseball cap, dark winter coat and blue jeans.
Police are reminding all homeowners to ensure that all doors are locked in order to prevent anyone from gaining access to your residence.

Officers stopped the teen on Friday morning on Villa Nova Road for speeding. After investigating, they also found some marijuana in the car.

TOWNSEND - A car that was stolen from a Delhi grocery store has been located, but it is no longer recognizable.
The 2000 BMW 540 was found on Sunday morning in Townsend after the interior was completely destroyed from being set on fire.
