Oxford OPP have released the name of the man killed in the collision on Highway 19 Wednesday morning. 29 year-old Jason Howe of Mount Elgin died when the van he was driving collided head-on with a transport truck near Ostrander. Police say they are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and are looking to speak with any witnesses.
