SALFORD - It is an exciting time for one Salford resident one-million times over.
63-year-old Stephen Rossiter is Oxford County's newest millionaire after taking home the 1-million dollar Max Million prize. The winnings were from the Friday, July 21st Lotto Max draw.
Rossiter checked his ticket on the OLG app and said "I was in disbelief and didn’t know if it was real," while he was at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto and added "To be honest, it only started to set in when I got here!"
With his win, Stephen looks forward to planning for his future. "It’s an amazing feeling," he said. "There are many organizations close to my heart that I want to support. Going forward, I will continue playing."
The winning ticket was purchased at Foodland on Charles Street in Ingersoll.
