An Oxford County man will have his day in court after a routine traffic stop. Norfolk OPP say around 9:45 pm last night, they stopped a vehicle on County Road 59 in South Walsingham and discovered the motorist was impaired. 57 year-old Gary Roderick Wells has been charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit. Wells will appear in a Simcoe court at a later date to answer to the charges.
