SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - A pair of impaired drivers have been caught in Oxford County.
On Saturday, Oxford OPP responded to a traffic complaint at 7:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the 401 in the Township of South-West Oxford. As a result, a 28-year-old London woman is facing charges of operation while impaired and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
Also on Saturday, officers were dispatched at 8:30 a.m. to the eastbound lanes of the 401 in South-West Oxford for an traffic complaint. A 38-year-old London resident is facing a count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, operation while impaired, taking a motor vehicle without consent, theft under $5000, driving while under suspension, and driving a motor vehicle without a licence.
Both of the accused will appear in a Woodstock Courtroom in April.
