You can read his full statement below:

"Oxford County has been chosen to host the 2025 Annual Municipal Public Works Trade Show.

The Oxford County Road Supervisors Association learned its bid was selected by the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors at the Annual General Meeting on April 17. This is a tremendous opportunity to showcase our community, our commitment to excellence, and the strength of Oxford’s municipal partnerships. Set for June 4 & 5, 2025, the Public Works Trade Show will bring hundreds of exhibitors and over 2,000 municipal attendees to the County to learn the latest developments in the management of municipal roads infrastructure.

The work to plan this long-standing industry event begins now, with the help of the many local partners who were part of the formal bid or who have offered their support. This includes the Outdoor Farm Show grounds in Woodstock, where the trade show will be held, and Craigowan Golf Course, host of the Ross Mackenzie Golf Tournament & Dinner on June 3, 2025.

To everyone who supported our bid: thank you! We look forward to sharing more with the community as we move along this process."
