Environment Canada says it will feel like 36 with the humidity today.
OXFORD - The heat wave continues in Oxford County.
We're currently under a yellow warning for heat. Environment Canada is predicting a high of 30 for today, feeling more like 36 with the humidity.
Make sure you drink lots of water and stay in a cool area whenever possible. It's also a good idea to check on older adults, those living alone and others who may be at risk of heat related illness.
Environment Canada says the signs of heat exhaustion include headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop what you're doing and drink water.
The heat warning is expected to end tonight, with a low of plus 7 in the forecast.
