The Braves beat the Vets 5-4 in Game 1 of their Doherty Division quarterfinal series, while the Trojans crushed the Irish 7-2 in Game 2 of their Yeck Division quarterfinal series.

The Woodstock Navy Vets suffered a 5-4 loss to the Tavistock Braves in Game 1 of their Doherty Division quarterfinal series. Matt Brooks scored two goals for the Vets, while Ethan Szabo and Davin Gray scored the other two.
Game 2 of the best-of-seven series will be taking place at Southwood Arena tomorrow night starting at 7:45 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Thamesford Trojans celebrated a 7-2 win over the Lucan Irish in Game 2 of their Yeck Division quarterfinal series. The Trojans are now leading the series 2-0 and Game 3 is scheduled for tomorrow night in Thamesford. The puck will drop at 7:30 p.m.
In other Junior C hockey news, Navy Vets rookie Davin Gray has been named the PJHL Doherty Division Player of the Month for February. He had seven goals and five assists in eight games last month.
